We strongly recommend bringing a partner for Track I - the exercises and training is set up for bonded pairs. This training works best when you have a partner you know and trust. See “About THRIVE” for more details on Tracks I, II and III. |

On the evening of Sunday August 24th from 6:30-8:00pm (before the conference begins) we will have an orientation time for new attendees and those returning to THRIVE to get acquainted with each other and review the week. For all tracks, the conference begins at 8:30am and ends at 6pm each day. Wednesday is our half day, when we have the afternoon free to rest, play or explore the area. The conference ends at 6pm on Saturday, August 30th.
