We desire to effectively equip the Body of Christ with essential tools to be fully alive in word and action. Many churches today have the right motivations to be a model of life yet they lack fundamental ingredients and skills necessary to THRIVE. These deficiencies show up in times of distress, strain and conflict. Our ministry is to equip and strengthen God’s people to mature and experience wholeness in Jesus Christ. We want to see God’s people become solid in their faith and secure in their identity.
All of us in the Body of Christ have the potential to live life to the fullest in Jesus Christ. Why "get by" in life or white knuckle our faith when we can experience a joyful life in our Lord and Savior? All too often believers go through the motions of life, relationships and spirituality, yet miss the vitality of experiences with God and His people that result in joy and peace. Oftentimes believers operate out of fear, woundedness and insecurity while missing the reality of what it means to be full of life and experience Jesus the Christ in a personal way through everyday experiences. We tend to believe our theology will produce character change so we invest in more and more information. We overlook the reality that it is through relationship with the Living God and His flock that transforms character. Don't let unprocessed painful events from your past control your present. Change is possible!
The Life Model is one of the best resources we found to facilitate growth, recovery and maturity in the church from the top down. We encourage you to read the Life Model and learn the principles so you can apply them. Every day, relationship and interaction is your opportunity to discover unrecognized deficits and make necessary repairs. Identify the missing skills and painful gaps in your midst and fix them today!
We have confidence, like the Apostle Paul had for the Corinthians, that:
